Nicolas O’Connor has been a fixture in the New York and Los Angeles mixology scene since 2004. He has been featured on the food network, fox channel, and bloomberg television, and has designed signature cocktails for jim beam, patron, prada, miu miu, mens health magazine, fader magazine, askmen.com, the robb report, zagat, and many more.

Originally from Los Angeles, Nicolas O’Connor entered the bartending world working at a variety of back alley dive bars in New York city. Eventually, Nicolas began working as an ambassador for Leblon cachaça and had the opportunity to work alongside and learn from some of the industry’s leading mixologists, including Albert Trummer and Junior Merino. Nicolas went on to become the head mixologist at Apothéke in NYC, where he created their renowned menu. He has also consulted for resturants such as Calexico, Pulqueria, and Theatre Bar in New York, as well as at the Roosevelt Hotel in Los Angeles. He runs his self-established consulting and catering company, Green Hour Mixology.
